Beautiful

Welcome crafty friends to my blog and my DT post for Meg's Garden. I have created the page for my beautiful friend Melissa using the Parisian Gardens Patterned Papers.

I created the page on black Cardstock and started by spraying the page with Tim Holtz air brush and Distress Markers. I then sat the cardstock aside and I fussy cut the purple rose, butterfly, lady/clock and tag from the papers. I also mounted the photo on the same patterned paper.
It was then time to chose my embellishments and start to put my page together.

The lace is Antique Cream Nylon Lace and it is so beautiful. It also comes in a stunning soft pink as well but I loved the cream. I used the filigree long oval vintage trinket with the stunning large brass bee and the butterfly in filigree.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at my page and please keep scrolling down and having a look at the other stunning creations from the design team. Also please call to the store for any of the beautiful papers or products we use. There are always new things coming in and I know you will love them.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I'm sure you know how much I love visitors. Beautiful

Hello crafty friends and welcome to my blog. My post I would like to share with you today I have created for the challenge over at Off The Rails Scrapbooking. Because I'm a DT member I'm not in the running for a prize but decided I would join in with this one simply because I loved the colours.

This month along with the moodboard is an added challenge - the project has to also include stitching. For this I decided to do some stitching with my journal pen. Not all stitching has to be done by machine and mine is at a girlfriends so I improvised. So now it is time for my page.

My page is of my son Riley's beautiful girlfriend Hannah. She is so adorable and I love her spending time with our family. This photo was taken at one of the swim meets for Riley that she has come to. Hannah is always so supportive of Riley and his swimming but what I love the most is she is understand to the time he gives to it.

The products I used for this page are -
White Cardstock
Kaisercraft Stencil
Texture Paste
Dylusions Paint - Vibrant Turquoise, Bubble Gum Pink, Crushed Grape
Resin Bird (made by me)

Tim Holz idea-ology Tissue Paper
Brass Horse and Chain (from Treasures Forever)
Black Journal Pen
Kaisercraft Mini Alpha Stickers - White/Chocolate
Dusty Attic Chippie - String Frame
Little Birdi - Paper flowers

Silver Doily
Wooden Title Chippie
White Acrylic Paint
Viva Inka Gold - Aquarmarine
Tinby Designs Color Crush - Pineapple and Basil
The Craft Shop - Lace Sticker Doily

As you can see in the photo above, my journal pen stitching. I hope you have enjoyed popping in and that you have enjoyed seeing my page for over at Off The Rails Scrapbooking.

The photos are of my wonderful friend Wendy and her daughter Elizabeth who is also friends with my son Riley and swim team friends. Like a few of the pages I have created this one is also a Snapchat photo page. Wendy and her two beautiful daughters also have Snapchat and enjoy the fun of it too.

For my combination the blue shades were perfect for the fun photos I was going to use. If you hop on over to the Colorful Creations blog you can get some great inspiration from the rest of the Design Team as some of us have chose like I have and others have chose the red shades.

I have created my page on white cardstock and the other products I used are -

100% Loveable

Hello crafty friends and welcome as always to my blog and my first DT post for March over at     Lets Get Sketch. What a great sketch we have up on the blog again. I love it and I'm sure you will too so after stopping in here please call over to the blog and join in the fun with us.

The photo I used for the sketch is of my son Riley taken quite some years ago when we had our first trip to the snow at Mt Bulla. As young as he was he got up on the skis the first time and had no problems skiing.

I created my page on white Cardstock and started my background using Tinby Designs Color Crush - Blue Heaven and Pomegranate. I decided to use washi tape instead of patterned paper for the stripes across my 12 X 12 cardstock.

The other products I have used are Kaisercrafts patterned paper - Lovestruck Collection to place boarders on my photos. The stars are Dusty Attic Chippies and the title is by Scrap FX. I coloured them with a royal blue Copic. Over the top of the title I used a Clear - Wink of Stella and I also used it a little around the edges of the stars. I fussy cut a few of the hearts for the page.

I hope you have enjoyed stopping in and having a look at my page. Please hop on over to the       Lets Get Sketchy blog and join in the fun with us. I would love to see your creation.
Happy Crafting and thanks for stopping in.
